Once a patient accepts the request, go to settings icon to manage notification settings and choose alert options. Notifications can also be set to delay up to 30 minutes. If the alert is acknowledged on the pump or CGM system within the duration selected, the Care Partner will not receive a push notification. Acknowledged alerts may give an impression alert conditions have been resolved.
