Following patients

Follow a patient to receive notifications and view device data. The care partner can follow multiple patients using a Care Partner account.

To follow a patient, first ensure the CareLink Care Partner account is registered in the same country as the CareLink Patient account. Then, send a follow request from the CareLink Connect home screen.

After a follow request is sent, contact the patient personally or through the Send Reminder feature within the CareLink Connect app to ensure they accept the request. The request must be approved through the Data Sharing page of the Patient’s account on the CareLink website, which can be accessed through a computer or the patient’s app. An unaccepted request expires after 24 hours.

To stop following a Patient account, go to settings icon and select Unfollow.
