Accessing patient data

Use the Home screen to access the data for the patients followed by the CareLink Care Partner account.

The Home screen lists the patients followed by the Care Partner account, and also displays system notifications, alerts, statuses, therapy data, notifications, and follow request statuses.

Tap Follow another person to send a new follow request.

Tap to view notifications. For information about notifications, see Notifications.

Tap the patient name to access the patient data screen. The patient data screens available in the CareLink Connect app depend on the type of device used by each followed patient. The following sections may be accessible from the patient data screens: Viewing therapy data, History, Time in range, Device status, and Patient settings.
